Why Does My Product Look Different?


We do our best to represent the colors and the pictures of the products as closely as possible, however sometimes, the pictures may look little bit different from the actual color of the products because of different reasons and factors.

Do you have Volume Discount Policy? Can I get a discount if I make a big quantity order?


Yes, If you are interested in purchasing more than 10 pieces, we would be happy to provide you with a quote.
Please contact our Sales Department on contact@sevendepot.com and provide the following information:
The product(s) that you are interested in
The exact order quantity for each product
Our Sales Team will be more than happy to assist you for your needs.

After completing my order and clearing the payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?


Once you have placed an order, you cant not change your billing or shipping address information.
If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service Department at contact@sevendepot.com as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request.
If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship it to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed.

Why Flat shipping fee doesn't apply on some items ?


For most of the items we have a flat fee of 6 dollars for shipping and if your purchase is more than $60 in total without tax the shipping cost will be free,
however, some items may exceed our standard shipping sizes and the weights and we do have to reflect the shipping cost to the customers.

How does Reward Program Works?


Seven Depot offers a very basic and simple rewards program to our valued customers, you shop, you win, you spend, we all happy.

HOW TO EARN POINTS
Points will be added to your reward balance after you complete your transaction successfully.
For example, every time you make a purchase you will earn points based on the price of products purchased.
Each $1.00 spent for your order will earn 1 Point.

HOW TO SPEND POINTS
You can use points in your reward balance as discount for your future purchases at in our stores or online Purchases.
Please note that redeeming to cash is not allowed. Each 50 Points can be redeemed for $1.00

HOW YOUR POINTS CAN BE MANAGED
Reach 5 Points to start using your balance for your purchase.
A transaction will expire after 365 days since its creating date..
View transaction history to follow when the transaction expires.

How can I cancel my order?


If you have not paid for your order yet, then there is no need for you to contact us to cancel it. We do not process orders until a matching payment has been received for the order.
If you have already paid for an order and want to cancel it, You may cancel an order up to one hour after placing the order Monday through Friday.
Customer Service is closed on Saturday, Sunday, & Federal Holidays and orders can not be canceled during these times as well.
Any requests to cancel an order after more than an hour or so or on weekends/holidays, customers will be responsible for any return shipping fees and will be deducted from the returned amount for such a cancellation request please contact our Customer Service Department at contact@sevendepot.com as soon as possible.
If you are not sure about an issue relating to your order or you wish to change it, please contact our Customer Service Department and cancel the order.
If the package has already been dispatched, then we are not able to cancel or change the order.
If you wish to cancel an existing order because you are ADDING other products, there is no need to cancel the entire order. Simply contact our Customer Service Department at contact@sevendepot.com and we will process the updated order.

How Can i Return the Purchased products to Seven Depot?


Before returning any items to us, please read and follow the instructions below.
Please make sure that you understand our return policy and that you meet all the criteria.
Customers who wish to return their merchandise because they are simply not satisfied with the item(s) may do so within 10 from the date of receiving the purchase.
The first step is to contact our After Sales Service at contact@sevendepot.com, and please provide us with the following information:
The original order number
The reason for the exchange
Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item
Details of the requested replacement item: the item number, the name and color
Your shipping address and phone number
Please note that we are unable to process any returned items which have been sent back without an RMA number. Once we have agreed to accept the returned item, you can return it back to us.
We can only accept returned products that are in their original condition.

How do I receive my Refund?


Refunds
Customers who wish to return their merchandise because they are simply not satisfied with the item(s) may do so within 10 days from the date of receiving the purchase. The merchandise must be in its original packaging and the item must be currently carried on our website. Any kind of refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

When will i receive my product(s)?


Seven Depot uses the following shipping carriers which vary depending on the size of your package as well as the location where it is being shipped:

USPS
UPS
FedEx
Orders placed Monday - Thursday typically ships within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday - Sunday typically ship by Tuesday due to being closed on the weekend.
Shipping time frames usually take about 3 - 7 business days to receive your items from the time you place your order, however this can vary depending on the shipping destination.

How Can i Track My Order?

For tracking numbers, it may take a few hours to a few days before they become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available please try again later or contact our customer support, Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
